Every sample follows a documented chain of custody from intake through final certificate issuance. Our process is designed to be transparent, traceable, and auditable at every stage.
Register in the client portal and select Basic COA, Full panel, or individual tests, then generate a submission ID.
Label the vial with material identity, sample mass, and the portal submission ID. Use insulated packaging when required. Ship from Canada, the USA, Europe, or China to PacifiCOAnalytics, P.O. Box 99001, RPO Olympic, Vancouver, BC V5Y 0J9.
We log receipt, photograph packaging if needed, and assign internal batch tracking.
Assays run, results reviewed, and the certificate is released to your portal and public lookup. Re-tests keep the original report visible alongside any correction.
Typically 2-5 mg lyophilized material for a Basic COA. Full panel (with colorimetric screening and LAL) usually needs additional material - plan ~5-10 mg total or a second aliquot when possible. Contact info@pacificoanalytics.ca for low-mass compounds.

This information must appear on the vial and be included within the submission packaging to ensure accurate intake, traceability, and reporting.
Do not ship unlabeled or inadequately labeled research material. Samples missing identity, mass, or submission ID information may be delayed, rejected, or require additional verification before testing can begin.
Our standard target is 72 hours from laboratory receipt. This timeframe is an estimate and not a guaranteed service level.
Rush testing is available as a $175 per vial add-on during sample submission and provides results within 24 business hours of laboratory receipt. Select it alongside Basic COA, Full panel, or other tests; the fee is added automatically at checkout.
Volume tiers may receive priority queue placement, which can reduce processing delays during periods of high demand. There is no monthly fee. Sample status and report progress are available through the client portal.
Unused sample material is held for 10 days after report issuance in case a testing discrepancy or result dispute requires further review.
Tested materials are not returned to clients. After the 10-day retention period, all remaining material is disposed of according to laboratory procedures.
